Longitudinal in Line Pre-cut allows pre-cutting without piercing the film through a rotary cutting system. The equipment pre-cuts the film lengthwise, with predefined distances. Adapted to applications such as food or industrial packaging, it allows you to create an “easy open” zone in the plastic. It is normally installed either on flexographic or rewinders.
Very easy to use and simple to build equipment, it can be used in more than one customer production line, to pre-cut plastic film, with the aim of creating a pre-cut that does not perforate and allows the creation of an “easy open” zone.
