Our 2 stations rewinder is a low cost and modeling solution that allows the customer to make plastic reels ready to be packaged and sent to the end customer. It is a solution that was conceived to use peripheral equipment, such as the macroperforator, or to be just a simple rewinder.
This machine is a low cost modeling solution, with an exceptional winding quality, which allows the customer to make macro-perforated plastic reels, or other, ready to be packaged with a maximum Ø 500mm and a minimum width of 60mm and sent to the end customer. In addition to macro perforation, it is possible to integrate other types of peripherals into the line, such as micro perforators, in-line printing, embossing, among others, or just use it as a simple rewinder.
Unwind jumbo Ø1200 coils and produce small Ø500 coils as final product
