The Microperforator is intended to make small holes. Motorized equipment to be able to synchronize the perforation with the customer’s line on which it is installed. Perforation is done by a needle bushing support roll driven by a servomotor and heated externally, it has a heat resistant counter roller ensuring absolutely round holes with welded and clean edges.
Very easy to use equipment, with great profitability and perforation quality, it allows hot perforation of PP, BOPP and complex films, at speeds that can reach 150m/min.
