The automatic reel and shaft handling system consists of 3 or 4 elements that work together and automatically with the winder of the customer’s extrusion line. This equipment allows the customer to automate the process of extracting the reels and repositioning the expansive shaft in the plastic film extrusion lines.
Set of 3 pieces of equipment that allow the customer to unload and replace the expansive shaft on plastic film extrusion lines, freeing up operators’ time to perform other functions. This system is installed next to the winder, in a Face-To-Face or Back-to-Back positions. It has a 3-minute working cycle.
