Tecnhical Information

The operation of the equipment begins with the unwinding of a reel. The equipment, through two hydraulic arms, loads the reel effortlessly onto the unwinder. The film then follows the path of the guide rollers. One of the rollers is connected to a load cell, which communicates with the pneumatic brake, allowing precise film tension control. To align the film, it passes through the reading sensor that controls the unwinder’s alignment system.

The film then moves to the winding structure, where it is transferred to a shaftless turret system equipped with a pneumatic chuck, onto which the cardboard core is automatically placed. The traction roller ensures constant speed, while the rubber pressure roller guarantees perfect winding tension. The automatic cut, programmed by meters, severs the finished reel while the film continues to be wound on the other winding station, already positioned near the pressure roller by a revolver system. The finished reel is automatically unloaded, and the cardboard core is automatically placed in the standby station for the next winding cycle.
